The cleaners do a great job. However we are not on our 4th property manager this year for the Vancouver property where I live. Clearly there is a problem with the company being able to hire and maintain employeers.

After selling 1 of my properties, i was made aware that this company charges FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS, to obtain the paperwork needed in order to sell the property. Let me confirm what this means. They completed 0 work to sell the property. They were not involved in the transaction in any way or capacity. What they accomplished, was simply copy and pasting, and sending documents via email to the settlement company. That is all, and they believe what is fair for this service, is FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS. I live in Balmoral subdivision in Maryland managed by this organization. I have sent them emails, called left voicemails and sent letters and not gotten a response pertaining to improvements to my property, guidelines to maintenance of property and neighbor parking his six cars anywhere but in his driveway, but have not gotten a response from them. I wouldn't believe with money you spend that this would be the response.

If it was possible to submit 0 stars I would. I have repeatedly attempted to communicate with the "community manager" in regard to consistent and obnoxious noise, stomping, etc. from my upstairs neighbor. SILENCE...nothing but silence. Email after email going completely unanswered. I am having extreme buyer's remorse purchasing a property managed by this agency. Based on our terrible experience with this WB management company, i have to say that we dont feel this company treated the unit owners as their boss promised to, especially after taking over the property management service last Dec. from ************* company. The new property manager for ******** failed to follow their company's policy and Condomaniun Act.They ***** the unit owners like small kids if they dont like you. Horrible customer service and zero experience in condo management.
I cannot believe our HOA is paying this company. This is a very abbreviated version of my ongoing nightmare with the Cities Management Office in Minneapolis, MN. I will reference my contact person as CM (Cities Management). We had a drain pipe leak in 2 places resulting in having to remove wall, toilet, vanity, etc. On October 2, 2019 I emailed CM the information. I was a resident at a condo managed by Maple Ridge Community Management which has yet to reimburse me for maintenance fee they withdrew from my bank account after i moved out and sold the condo. I take no issue with the fact that they withdrew the maintenance from my bank account as I did provide notification of my moving out the day before I sold the condo, however the delay of over 1 month to reimburse the amount and the continued ignored emails is unprofessional and not what you would want from a property management compa... read more
