This business needs to be shut down. The harassment, the fake fines, and the lack of care that takes place in Silverwood housing development is absolutely unacceptable. The neighborhood is run down and continue to fine home owners for fines that have been cleared. There needs to be an investigation about their business practices.
Absolutely horrible communication
I have put in 3 requests to have someone call me and keep getting emails saying your ticket is closed with no response. Hazel and Bobbette will not call anyone back
I have been trying for 4 months to get ahold of someone and get a statement for my ledger. Apparently Bobbette does not have it and can not explain my balance just says "oh it says $10,000+ opening balance and we don't know why" they refused to call and speak to me to get this handled. Only option is lawyers now. We have spent hours on emails back and forth with proof
