Poor management of our community, Lake Vista Ranch. There is a general consensus among our neighborhood that the property managers, particularly Sarah H********, is incompetent- Sarah doesn't reply to emails/calls to address concerns from the community. We have repeatedly called and emailed regarding fire ant infestations, garbage overflowing in the park trash cans, poor landscaping management, and other issues I'd be happy to discuss. Jessica ******** from Prescott is the worst Manger from Villages of Avalon c/o prescott. I submitted a small claim against the property management, the claim was in my favor on February 2020 and have not got paid yet. I've asked Jessica when are they going to pay me back and she hangs up on me. I've emailed her twice because I need additional information on who and what address do I need so that I can serve/sue them. I need to open up another claim, but I need that information. If I could provide a negative rating, I would. This organization charges you for services, yet they do absolutely nothing for the community they manage. Little to no response to questions, requests, etc. I would never recommend using them.

This residents HOA has decided to self-manage and Blue Mountain Community Management will no longer be the management company beginning on Sept. 1, 2020.

8/7/2020Previous review I am a tenant in a condo managed by Kramer *****. I am disabled and an elderly person with severe health issues. Due to the inadequate management Kramer *****, I almost had a heart attack this afternoon. I was resting in my condo and all of a sudden it sounded like bombs going off on my roof. Wilson Blanchard in Cambridge has extremely responsive property managers. They work hard, are on top of all the regulatory changes and always respond when requested. I recommend them highly!

Terrible customer service !!!! I have emailed them twice in the last 11 days with no response. They are now not answering the phone. The message states to contact them and they will get back to you in 24 hrs. What a joke !!!! They are more than willing to take my monthly payment but that is all they do.

I own a condo in West Village of Shirlington in Arlington Virginia. I have been paying Legum and Norman approximately $450 a month for 9 years. I recently put my condo on the market and tried to get the condo documents. After being charged $264 I cannot get an answer or, for that matter get in touch with a human being at Legum Norman. If you email or call there is no response from anyone. It is one thing paying $264 for my documents but another if they can't or won't provide a status or information. I can never get any help when calling and never any responses via email when I write! Let's take today for an example which finally put me over the top to lead me to writing this review. I called and was transferred over to customer service which I was on hold for 30+ MINUTES! I notice some picked up so I said "hello" and then I was put back on hold. Waited and waited and waited some more then I somehow got disconnected. I called back at this point highly upset because I wasted already time due to being on hold. A lady answe... read more

Worst Company Management I've dealt with, hands down. If there was 0 stars that's what these would get and there satellite franchise office in CA. All 1 STAR reviews on Google too. .. Have Not addressed Single issue for months now. How can Anyone like Associa stay in Business, let alone be Accredited by Better Business Bureau too? They should be shut down and any business license revoked permanently.
