The HOA that is in our neighborhood is through Associa. Associa is very hard to get ahold of and they tend to sweep things under the rug instead of dealing with them head on. I have had to contact them over and over regarding a release of a lien that was placed on my property for fees that I owed and were PAID IN FULL. They deal with a law firm who will not return calls nor take care of the paperwork once a debt has been paid and this creates a problem for the person who has paid the debt. I live in Miami Florida and I usually do not leave reviews about businesses but all the frustration Associa put me through I was obligated to do so.This company is not very helpful when it comes to condominium residents. They take weeks before they answer my emails, they provided confusing answers... For example , I get stuck with a huge water bill due to their incompetence. They don't care about condominium residents.

This company loves to fee you. If you have a violation and fix it in time but do not notify them you may have a fine upto $2500. Just because you forget to tell them. This is crazy.

Do not care about communities. They are only concerned with profit. A property manager by the name of Rachel L**** deems it fit to allow the board to bully homeowners over simple things like using extension cords for outside décor. My advice, never buy in a community with an HOA or Associa ran. The American dream should be homeowners living in peace and autonomy, not having to pay others to tell you how to live. Besides that, the trash/dumpster situation in this community has always been a problem.

The management company just takes HOA fees without fulfilling their management requirements. Homeowner comments or questions in the neighborhood forum are not answered AT ALL! I finally sent a question directly, rather than through the forum, about the HOA budget. It had been raised 10% with no explanation as to what costs increased. It has been over 4 months that I have been trying to resolve an issue with our office which was a mistake on their part. This company is an absolute joke. Their "management" of the Greenview on Barton in Austin is absolutely atrocious. Within a month of moving in, I received a threatening legal letter regarding my HOA fees even though I'd received no information about how or when to pay them. I sold my condo and move out over 3 months ago and was charged HOA fees after I left which they are refusing to reimburse me for. This company even cannot handle trash bin delivery to veridian circle community since 2020 March. Still not delivered to date, so I requested $17/month trash pickup service, which i could not participate in as they never delivered the trash bins. Trash bins delivery is that difficult?
