I keep on being harassed by this company. I have emailed them 5 times, unsubscribed, and they continue to email me. I have nothing to do with them and am ready to get lawyers involved and police for HARRASSING me. Thx ****** *

Worst HOA managment I have dealt with in 6 years and multiple associations. Associa has terrible response time and poor communication. I'm selling my condo and the new buyer's lender needs information including lender questionaire. The delay in getting a lender questionaire completed due to lack of response from the management company resulted in my condo not closing and sitting vacant for another 4 weeks.

My experience with management of this property, **** ******* in maui, has been negative to say the least. I'm forced to stay there soon (11/2021) because they won't refund after asking multiple times. All of the advertisement states it is a two bedroom on the beach. BUYER BEWARE....when you look at the pictures it looks like two separate rooms then when you get the confirmation it doesn't state two rooms. Instead, it cleverly says apartment. They are merely an arm of behemoth ASSOCIA. (Read the reviews of what they do to homeowners and their CEO with HQ in TX. They try to look as though they are a local company with personal service. They don't answer their phones. They threaten fines for late payments when they are in fact the ones who messed up. Your bldg. mngr.might love them because there will be less work for the same pay. It takes the burden off them and they can blame others for mistakes.

They were horrible to deal with as an owner in the HOA and would take the word of a contractor they pay that something was completed or needed more instead of looking to see for themselves...they closed 2 service tickets I had because the contractor said it was done but it wasn't and in fact the contractor didn't even do anything for the service ticket and just wanted to get paid...took weeks to get them to reopen it even though I had proof and the contractor just had his word. I'm writing to warn people who do not know this mafia group of association. Please please please stay away from their business. They are very very smart in stealing your money and making big bills to pay them. They use the law to push you to pay. They have terrible service and their staff ignore you at all only if you pay. They damaged my home and I had to pay. Outside glass broken they repaired and I had to pay big bill of what supposed Cera to pay. Associa in Houston Texas is the worst company that I've done business with in a long time. I urge everyone to stay away from hiring Associa. I live in a community of townhomes and we hired Associa a year ago and they have continually broken the contract and refuse to let us out of the contract. They neglected to pay our bills and our gas was turned off. This happened two times. As a board president for 4 years this is the only management company I have dealt with. Their service is mediocre at best. Associa Colorado has been servicing our property for 5 years now. In those 5 years we have had 5 different account managers. In 2019 alone we had 3. In the last 2 years, they have not kept our financials accurate due to miscoding causing us to hire an outside accounting consultant at our expense. This company has been very difficult to work with. They set up a new company to run the payments and did not set up my account for some reason they overlooked it. I contacted them in regards to making the payments and catching up the account. They said they sent it to a collections agency. Contacted them they said they have no record of my information in the system. So I contact CSS again and fill them in.
