My experience with Associa Mid-Atlantic has been poor. They never answer the phone and they never reply to emails. I have been trying to reach Alan T*** (Regional Director) since October with no success. I even attempted to escalate the matter by sending an email to **************** @ associaonline.com and still no response. I regret purchasing a home at ****** Condominiums the HOA and Property Management is not what we expected such horrible service!

Horrendous. We have multiple units in Palm Lakes Condo in Margate, FL. The property manager Carol M***** is beyond rude and unprofessional. This is such a shame compared to other employees. Unfortunately she was placed in charge to replace the prior manager.

If I could give less than one star I would. I have been requesting information regarding our HOA from your Edmond, OK location since January of 2021. I have sent an email every month since January of 2021 requesting information. My emails have been ignored completely or they take months to reply but give no answers. I even mailed a certified letter with my request in August of 2021, which was also ignored. This is the worst customer service I've ever seen.

Horrible management company. They never respond to emails, phone calls or in person meetings. Tried to get approval for an exterior modification for a tankless water heater for more than 10 months with no answers whatsoever. I have lost water heat and have had flooding issues on my floor due to said water heater leaks. I will make sure to send any insurance bills from water damage to Associa and Legum and Norman.

I've been trying to get HOA meeting info for MONTHS. I can never get any one on the phone and rarely get helpful responses via email, IF I get a response. Not sure how they have an A+ when they have 1.3 stars here and 1 star on yelp. They seem like a well funded and run SCAM!

Zero customer service have left 7 or more calls with nobody to answer all call you back.

The ball has been dropped more in dealing with this Associa Management Group hoa Houston than in time square on new years eve. Zero accountability, zero communication, zero resolution. Three years and counting still waiting for resolution...Horrible experience to say the absolute least. It is impossible to give zero stars however that's what is warranted!
