I think this company Associa and Mark D**** have zero credibility!!! They are currently Operating and managing our Community in Palm Springs CA, with a SUSPENDED State contractors license. In addition to that they also have been conducting business with an expired Palm Springs Business License as of 11/21. If you tell them about issues with their on site manager giving incorrect planning and permitting information to our Board and Committees, they start a smear campaign against you and call you a troublemaker. Mooolly ****** & Cheyenne-Autumn ****** are two of the worst people I have ever dealt with. They fraudulently posted a vehicle removal notice on my car despite it having been moved during the alleged 5-day period. I had no idea this so-called policy was in effect and was very confused. Especially perplexing was the fact the notice they put on my car was apparently written in green crayon. Dont use this company. They seem to be fascists who like to cause problems for home owning residents.

I am astonished at how unprofessional Associa of BC is! The Strata Manager in charge of our development, Alex, continually berates myself and other owners in email and on the forum. He has been ill advising our council on matters stating it is the City of ********** mandating the by-laws, but we have emails from the City indicating they don't. This company is extremely unprofessional. I would steer clear of them if I could. I lived in one of their properties and moved out six months ago but they won't stop billing me. I now have a collection agency after me because they lie to me and tell me that they've taken care of it but they never do. It is a horribly managed company. I have been paying them on my new property but they don't care.

My dues are being payed theu a trustee for five years up to july this year to previous HOA Blue Water Assoc. Now this company sending collection letters with interest and charges applied when this has been paid thru a trustee. I have contacted them with no results only letters threaten from their company

Hoa quarterly fee was withdrawn from my account 6 days after the unit was sold to a new owner. After a month of phone calls and emails largely unanswered I am still trying to get the amount reimbursed.

CMC is the property management company that services our community is a horrible, awful, and worst community management service provider in Aldie VA. This is a management company that takes advantage of the community in which they are supposed to take care of and are terrible to work with. No value-added service to the homeowners. Associa filed a lien on my house claiming I did not pay my HOA. Associa failed to notify their collection agency they changed banks. My check was sent to their former bank. I cannot get anyone at Associa to return my calls or emails. Even though I have paid I still have a lien on my house.

Is zero stars a thing? CIse surely that's what I'm putting here after the encounter this morning I had with a lady name Roni ******* She called from associa to help me understand the back to back letters of none sense I've been receiving, she started by "Ugh I know where is this going already" I mean, How rude you can be??
