This might be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been in my condo since **** and the board switched to ***** Mgmt in 2022. No one answers the phone ever, if you leave a message you will most likely get an email if anything at all. They sent out a letter for a special assessment for $800 on 8/4/22 and expected it to be paid by 8/30/22 or there charges and if you selected to pay over time, there was a fee, something our previous management company never did, where does the extra money go?? This company's customer service is missing in action and they appear to lack the basic infrastructure to track homeowners' accounts, but what' worst is that they will lie to you with no consequence. Calling their number is a waste of time so it is impossible to solve any problem with your account. In Jan 2023, I paid directly to L&N because I could not get confirmation that the account change on my direct debit had been set up. Appalled at the lack of help from Catharine ******** also had difficulty with ***** ******* They seemed to find joy in making things difficult and not answering simple questions relevant to living in communities they are in charge of.

I am a owner in a 39 unit **mplex , I have owned for 23 years and Associa have been managing for about 5 years . I have been told false rules and By Laws by a Associa employee such as my guest can't use the pool . I have tried there online payment process and it notified me it it was unavailable I was at their office and had a employee try to help me make a payment with no success . THE DUMP AT *********. ******* I have lived in this building for 16 yrs,,, and have watched the lack of maintenance ***** my property value in comparison to well managed properties in the neighbourhood. WHERE IS THE SETTLEMENT FOR THE DAMAGES TO MY CAR ( 2nd time damaged by the leaking pool/hot tub. Ceiling collapsed over my car in Sept 2022 and in December a second ceiling collapsed over the second spot ) , I UNDERSTAND THE HOT TUB IS INOPERABLE YET AGAIN, HOPEFULLY THIS WAS THE SOLUTION TO THE LEAK... read more

This company should be ashamed of how they handle their customers! I have called multiple time and left multiple messages! This company took over as the new condominium association and has yet to contact the homeowners with a way to pay our condo dues. Why am I reaching out to you to give you my hard earned money! Embarrassment of a company!

I've been with four different management companies for the *** that I have lived in for thirty years and by far, this company is the worst. Our community has suffered a lot of damage and deterioration due to lack of maintenance. While some can be "blamed" on Hurricanes, a lot of the neglect cannot. After **** 9/11/2017 it took five years to finally get new gutters and a roof (they were tarped) I personally had several leaks (in my bedroom) and my sliding glass doors began to leak and water came into my home I feel it was fro... read more

Totally agree with all the 1 stars!! This group is trouble.... literally keeps our HOA from doing their fiduciary responsibilities. Completely ignores accounting questions, their accounting practices are stuck in the 1900s. Luckily, we could get out from under because they breached their own contract by their shady actions. Ignores straight forward questions. In all my years, I have never seen a company run SO poorly!
