You can't get a hold of someone to talk to. When you call you go right into an automated system telling you they will try to respond in 48 hrs (really? 2 days to return a call?)This time no reponse in 4 days (so far) to either a voicemail or email. I have a bill I want to pay but it has errors that I need corrected.The kicker is Associa sent a message out last year stating they were adding staff to address their response time but its only become worse.

Since Associa has bought out Baywest the services went down to a gutter!!!! It began with a constant manager turnover where interval is a-maximum of two years. Dont blame the actual strata managers who do all the work! Its a top to bottom bullying, harassment and push out tge responsibility to the ************** who is ********************** but gets FYI emails instead. Well the string of reviews on this BBB website speak for themselves. There is a reason the rating of this company is so poor. Working with them has been a nightmare due to no returned phone calls, no returned emails, and no assistance to resolve my matter whatsoever. My hope is that this company sees these egregious reviews on here and starts to change. They definitely need it.

I have had issue with Associa of **** for the past year. I purchased a townhome 2 1/2 years ago. I had recently put in a claim for the atrocious handling of our landscaping. Their work ethic is Awful!!! *****, was the person that contacted me on 6.22.2023. She only tried calling me back once to speak with me about getting more information. And, because I wasn't available and at work, they closed my claim. I did in fact call her back the next morning after she contacted me and it went to voice mail. I don't how anyone can give this management company an A+ category. The manager of our community is completely unreliable, unprofessional, does not return calls (even in an emergency). She has little or no knowledge where critical valves and shut offs are located. I scheduled a plumber yesterday for a leak I have in the bathroom. I asked where shut off valves were located because he had to shut down water for 10 minutes. She gave me the wrong information and when I called, she never returned my phone call. Do not use this management group. They violated the *************************** act via the ** telling the property manager to do so. They violated the act to let a board member get her friend a seat on the board. They do very shady things. Even giving proof. The president does not care. Only use if you want to get back doored when things dont go their way.

The ********** Group ******* ************* stay away from this business.Reviews are horrible on all sites (here on BBB, ******* Yelp, etc.)Visited a property for sale in **** *************. Meetinghouse at **** 55+ in terrible condition for a building and property 20 years old. Touring the property saw wood pallets in parking area, old chairs and pallets hidden behind garages, contractor machines parked on property for snow plowing.
