Horrible Service. *******************, apparently the Community Manager never ever responds to any issues. I have been trying to contact him for a month, they open a ticket and then he closes it without even calling or emailing about it. I am surprised that these people manage our hard-earned **************** and don't even have the decency to communicate when needed. Their mishandling of our communitys siding replacement left me with a damaged house. They asked that we wait until the project was finished to log the complaint. We did. A year after the damage was done, I sent an email with their completed form. 18 months later I contacted them asking, what in the world is taking so long?Another week goes by before I hear from the Community Manager. Our small community (42 villas) in ******************, ** has had major issues with ******************* for several years. We can't get them to produce timely meeting minutes, they've never been able to provide a listing of open repair requests submitted by owners into their web portal so their progress can be monitored, our owners are upset because they close repair requests when they assign them to contractors (vs. when the work is completed). etc.Most recently our HOA accrued late charges from our property insurers becaus... read more
I live in the palm villas in *********. For the last six months we have not had a reds agent. Further, multiple efforts to contact associa have been ignored. When i finally got in contact with someone, they told me that my concerns would be answered, months later, again, I am being ignored. Do not hire this company; hire anyone else.
This is one of the worst companies that I have ever had the misfortune of associated with. My HOA hired them to harass and terrify the community. *************************** was a complete nightmare to communicate with and singled me out on more than one occasion. I was the victim of retaliation and abuse that progressively got worse. Associa is a FOR profit company that is paid for by a non profit, its no wonder they are the bottom of the barrel as far as quality and professionalism. Its probably all these hoas can afford.
Worst management company ever!!! They take your monthly fees, but will not pay the bills such as water and trash. Yest, they pay themselves.
IT appears the only people that think they should have an A+ rating are YOU! any neighborhood I have ever heard that has them contracted talks about their lack of concern for the property that they are paid thousands a month to handle. All they want to do is take money out of property owners pockets. !!!! BUYER BEWARE **************** doesnt even deserve one star. ********************* buying/renting in any community they oversee. They do nothing to resolve any issues, just rudely reply and close tickets. You can never talk to anyone on the phone or in person. I whole heartily regret the home buy and wish we would have done more research on this company, the builder and the area.
Temecula, Ca Branch The board members are corrupt under rule of an ex police officer who was forced into retirement for his own toxic behavior while being on the force. The associa rep does not respond to any emails, and does not know how to use her own porthole web page. They have stolen money from my account that I set up to auto pay my monthly calling it a "fine".
