Company does not respond to paying customers. Company does not provide budget spending and seemingly steals money from the residents they manage. They hire below average vendors at a premium price, likely to pocket more money for themselves. This crooked company should be investigated. It's a shame I don't have enough money to hire a lawyer (******* steals it all) or else it would be an easy win as it's pretty obvious this company mismanages money big time.

They repeatedly ignore requests for repairs, pass the buck or make excuses why they are not responsible, and only rarely give a token effort of any kind to seem as if they are on top of things. Id give 0 stars if I **uld but you have to give one to **mment. This **mpany is an ac**unting nightmare. They hold payments instead of posting them in order to charge you late fees and interest. A credit card ** can post millions of payments a day but these yahoos cant post a payment made in over a week!!! They were instructed NOT to charge any fees and stated they wouldnt but did. I am the president of an HOA where *** has been our property manager for the past two years.Do NOT hire this management company unless you like to pay for very little work. Homeowners send in requests through the app and the manager only cares about clicking a button to move the request under the "closed" status. Most time, they do not provide what they will do or if they will do anything. I still have to email and text the manager to ask about the status of requests that have been "closed" for over a year.Good luck getting ... read more

We have lived in our town home for 25 years and have been very happy with the services provided by Associa. Associa is also very active in the community and through their Associa Supports Kids program, they sponsored our twin daughters softball team. I am currently in the process of selling my condominium. The condominium is currently under contract. The potential buyer asked us (seller) to have the association provide a resale package contain the governing documents and complete a lender questionnaire. L&N and the board knew that the delinquency rate was exceptionally high and never disclosed that information until I questioned why the rate was so high. Not happy with ******************* at all. Trying to repair my fence which has been damaged from the weather. It is like an act of Congress to get any assistance. Refuse to disclose any information on who has to approve the modernization of my fence. I pay too much money to HOA and mortgage company to live in the ********* subdivision.
