This is a TERRIBLE company. They'd get Zero stars if this interface would allow it. I'm trying to get a Resale Certificate. I don't know how they managed to do it, but they sent a Certificate with the address of a property that I don't own. It seems to me that it would be the bare minimum to make this impossible, but apparently not. Having spotted this error, I spent FIVE HOURS trying to find the right person to fix this issue, and got exactly nowhere. Your company is probably worse than any other company out there. Associa uses townsquare and these folks have simply no idea what's going on in our community. The property manager for our community(before we fired her, then him) told us first hand that he doesn't look on the townsquare posts. This company is clueless. They do not allow residents to contact the actual property manager. This company has no idea what they are doing. Steer clear and don't waste your money!

I strongly doubt that they are discriminating against homeowners based on Color, Ethnicity, or Religion, my experience with them was that ugly I had to send to the *** to investigate their behavior, they increased the *** charges without doing anything, and our swimming pool needs maintenance for 2 years, they collected money fr doing nothing.

Not a fan of these folks at all! They have an asternomical employee turnover rate and are never quick to respond or deal with a problem or issue. I would not recommend this management company to anyone! If we could ditch them, we would! I'm on my 16th or 17th property manager in 13 years. Our complex looks like ****, they never enforce any fines, and they keep dumping us off on whatever new employee walks through the door. We have to constantly start over from scratch. This company deserves negative stars. They either dont do work, do shoddy work, or never finish work. On top of that, they are rude and take months to respond to minor problems. And they stir up unnecessary conflicts. They tried to convince half the owners that we dont own the storage units that we bought. That did not go down well and may have been a delay and distract tactic so we wouldnt notice the terrible job they were doing. It didnt work. Thank God were getting rid of them. Avoid at all costs!

HOA board meeting scheduled for 5:30 pm. It's 6:50 pm and no notice of meeting cancelation. and we're all waiting. Meanwhile there was a shooting in our neighborhood yesterday and we all are left in the dark. Very *************************** in my opinion.

I have owned a property managed by Associa Gulf Coast for about 3 years. In those 3 years we have had a new "manager" every 6 months and membership increases for what seems like less service. I have had a number of issues that I have reported to the *** and Associa that have gone unanswered/unresolved, some going on for close to 2 years. The call center reps are extremely unprofessional and have very limited knowledge on anything to do with the properties/communities under their management and fail to communicate internally ... read more
