I opened a complaint on a report on my patio gate door that ***** worked correctly for 4 years and every time they come out they cut off more of the gate . Which isnt the problem. When I open my last request and explain the problem the work request was open maybe 10 minutes. No one called or came out before it was closed . I cant close or lock my gate and its my main entrance. I have to push it hard to close and pull hard to open and it drags badly on concrete. Please help .
We have been trying to get some trimming/cutting done on trees/shrubs that are in the common area and encroaching on our property very close to the house. Additionally, the roots of a couple of trees are visible and pushing onto our property. Finally, there is a pot hole right outside our home that needs addressing. We 1st submitted a request in the Summer of 2022 and again repeatedly since July 18, 2023. It is September 1, 2023 and despite weekly calls demanding a resolution, we are still waiting. Afrin A

In *******, *****************************, their representative to *********** visited our property less than 5 times when she was obliged to do so at least monthly. Associa abruptly decided to cut ties with us in a highly unprofessional manner, by closing their website created for us (TownSquare) unannounced and leaving us in the darkness of what was going on. I am not surprised to see the terrible reviews for this company, even as I came here to add my own horror story. The truth is this company is nothing more than a information management company, and its role is NOT to manage properties but to manage, and disperse YOUR PERSONAL information. We submitted an ARC application in March. Weve followed up several times without response. Then we submitted the ARC to the townsq app in March. In May, they requested I upload the ARC to my Townsq app. I also emailed the ARC. Again *** made several follow up calls and wrote messages in town sq. If I can give less I would. The worse HOA association ever!! I missed a board meeting due to work and requested the minutes from the meeting and the roster and have been getting the run around for a month. If your board members didn't take minutes, just let me know, they don't do their job anyway. They also said I have to pay to get the information i requested. I pay dues, why do I have to pay for meeting minutes?

Company doesn't return calls, and its website contact form doesnt work. I have spent several days trying to contact them. I a few weeks, I will be billed thousands of dollars for a new HOA Master policy since they are unable to supply evidence of insurance coverage, which I have a legal right to see.

Where's the 0 star rating? I have called them and emailed them a few times. I have waiting months in between in order to give them enough time to respond to others. It's now been 3 months since first contact when I was told that I would be given a call back. This has been once of the worst customer experiences I've experienced.
