For 17 months my home has been sitting in water. I cannot get someone to fix the grading and drainage behind my home . The builder the **** and the landscapers (The Greenery) just ignore the problem. In the meantime, heavy lawn mowers have created even more ruts behind my home. We pay $270/mo, for lawn services. It is an outrage.

Some of these reviews - I just have to laugh. Folks the management company, manages the building needs, not our needs as individual owners. We own our units and are responsible for its upkeep not the management. They are there so assist if needed but condos are not like apartments where if I have any issue, I just call up the landlord and they fix it. No management company is going to hold your hands folks.

These people who work here are very great! I lost everything in fire and finding help was very difficult until I found them. ******************* is super amazing she stayed in contact with me the whole way. They approved me for a ****** Now I actually feel hope. I was giving up stressed and scared and just at the end didn't know what to do .. they gave me hope in everything is going to be ok. Y'all are truly a blessing from God.. thank u

I clicked one star, but, if it were possible, I would refuse to award Associa even one star. This management company fails to provide services to the condominium owners who live at ********************** in *************, **. The company has worked with the association board for one year and has accomplished nothing. Our association dues went up last year (for management company services), but no improvements have been made. If anything, the property has been ignored. This company has (mis)managed the building I've lived in the passed seven years and it has only deteriorated. I'm at home a fraction of the year and when I'm there I abide by the guidelines and keep my head down. Had multiple packages and a bicycle stolen, as well as an attempt for a motorcycle; each time going through law enforcement and reaching out to the building manager if anything can be done to improve security. I can not imagine a worse community management company. The *** I preside over as had numerous financial management issues, such as L&N paying invoices for a different communitys repair bills, not depositing the *** management reserve contributions into the reserve investment account, and refusing to pay the *** back for several thousand dollars in erroneous insurance payments. I would rate zero if I could. I can never get anyone on the phone when I call, I have to email and wait for a couple of days. Because no one knows the answer to my questions (like how do I pay my bill as a new owner?) We are paying a high HOA fee and have zero amenities. They Wont fix the pool, (about 2 years now) we have one washer and one dryer for about 8 people. And kids, Of course no heat or hot water is included, no playground.
