Principle Management of North Texas (PMG). Mark S*** who's the acting President & Stephanie B** who's the VP have allowed these inexperienced Managers to run our property down to the ground. They mismanaged our money & overspend our money. Each manager for the property has their own credit card that they use for expenses & on top of every transaction they add 25% to it this is something that we have recently found out about, get this there is nothing in the management agreement about it. Wish I could give 0 stars. What do you get for your annual dues? Miserable customer service mismanaged funds, rec facilities with rules that you don't agree with, limited access to community facilities, letters every other month for ridiculous infractions like garbage cans put out the day before. Garbage company, cant wait to convince my HOA to drop them like a bad habit.

If you want to have bunch of unhappy owners, this is your company. Those people act like a bunch of swindlers and do not get the job done...... Run the other way if you do not want to be at loss. Things that are happening here are beyond normal.

They just became our property management company and sporadically answer my email, nothing about lights out in the halls, no one answers voicemails, gave me wrong account number to register on Town Square website, that help email is a mailer daemon, God forbid there is an emergency. They are an invisible entity. I feel it must be one person collecting our checks in Switzerland.

Do NOT hire. Look elsewhere! Hiring Associa is taking one step closer to becoming a self managed HOA. As president of our HOA, I'm writing this review as a warning for others seeking a management company and urging you to stay clear of Associa Northern California. I own two condo's where Associa was/is the management company. We fired them from one condo association. Very happy!! Unfortunately, I'm stuck with them on the second property. I just wrote my sixth request. All six have either gone unanswered or answered improperly. Terrible company to deal with. They seem to forget that the association pays them. We are the employer!!!

Called ***** ******** to to report an issue with package theft in the building and she had the nastiest attitude, was very rude, and suggested to rent out a locker outside of the building instead of trying to solve the problem. Very unpleasant first experience with this company

A few days ago (in December) we received multiple letters from Associa, our new HOA management company. They apparently added additional assessments in October with NO communication. THEN applied a late fee when it wasn't paid. Of course it was not paid! How could we know about the extra fee in October without a bill or email? For reference, we usually get billed once a year in December. I want to believe this is not a scam to gather "late fees", but am less confident as they continue tp refuse to reply to my query.
