In my unit the The roof was neglected and water started leaking in my unit. I reported the incident in January 2021 and Brandon ******* Community Manager at Associa. Sent someone to look at the damage November 2021. It's been a year and a half and the damage still haven't been prepared. Mr. ******* try to convince me that the dust in the ceiling melted and cause water damage. Dont bother with these jokers. Horrible you will pay them to do nothing. Terrible communication, never any follow through, won't return phone calls or emails. Especially Tracy ******** Terrible terrible Managers and company. BBB has almost 250 complaints about them this year alone 2022. Find anyone else.

Can't get ahold of this HOA to save my life! We moved into our house in November 2021 and have yet to hear anything from the HOA. We have been contacting them via phone and email to no avail. I'm actually on hold with them right now as I type this and it says I have been on hold for an hour and four minutes so far. Would love to communicate via email with them if they are so busy but NONE of my emails have received a response. I had emailed Joan, my strata manager who wanted to silent me for saying our former manager, *** "...sitting on his *** not getting me a reimbursement approved by the Strata Council for more than 6 months.." .She said I should not bad mouth her staff and warned me I would be reprimanded. Ever since the HOA fees for my property were turned over to this company, I've had nothing but issues. I moved across the country right around the time that the payment coupons were mailed out and I did not receive it. So when I got to my new residence I called them to change my address and request a new one. It never came!! I am not a homeowner but I have been living in one of the properties for 9 plus years and I have been given the permission to contact Community when I have problems. I have contacted on several occasions just like other I do not receive any call backs. I have spoken to Michelle and she informed me that my grass would be cut in the back yard. The grass has not been cut since I have been living there. (9) years.

I cannot believe the nightmare I'm going through with the management of this association as well as the board members. Management has gone unresponsive, my account has been turned into collections (charging me for it) when I started questioning where all the late fees were coming from when I never received an initial invoice or any notice of late fees piling up. The worst. They never answer the phone. The follow up is horrendous. They use an app instead of email for notifications such as water being off or the pool closed. They never drained the pool after Covid protocols were lifted. 2 years and almost no pool. They've had black algae in the pool since last summer. Re opened the pool and never drained it again. Now here it is at 100 degrees and they are going to drain it, when they could have done it a month ago. Instead of posting on the pool gate why it was closed, they put it on... read more

Associa has a bad habit of not following up on work requests. They do not inspect work done by outside vendors. No attention to details when working on the budget.
