COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL I'm a licensed Realtor® Need HOA information to complete an HOA ADDENDUM for a sales transaction. Repeatedly emailed two different Associa Managers and I have either not received the information or they simply ignore the emails. They also refused to provide HOA Board contact information because "it's private."

In each engagement, communication quality and accuracy is poor, causing significant financial impact and stress to myself and my family. CMC- Associa is the worst management company I have dealt with; they have messed up our community. This management company has created a diversification, discrimination, and division in the same community by not guiding and directing the board in the right direction. I called the Dallas Headquarters this morning to confirm a property address. The gentleman I spoke with was AMAZING. If GREAT customer service had a face it would be his. His name was Tripp and he was extremely professional, informative, and answred every question I had. Thank you so much for making my day brighter. I am the sole remaining original property owner in Stonecreek HOA, Euless Texas and have paid on time every year since the community was established. This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. They don't reply to any service requests without several follow up emails. They property manager cannot be bothered with us and if I could rate them a 0 I would. My ceiling has been leaking for 10 months and all they keep doing is sending roofer to do temporary patches. My vents have all been caulked and tarred so many times which is the incorrect way of fixing the issues and it is still causing leaks. Per the HOA board at my community homeowners can no longer talk to board members due to legal issues. Associa has been a dictatorship trying to implement new rules and control our communities!
