Most store sales people did not know much or have knowledge in what they were selling, were not very interested, it seemed like a part time job to them, and most stores only could show us 3 diamonds at most. experience starts out great, goes downhill – My fiance bought my engagement ring from Arthur's and we had a wonderful experience with that, as well as with ordering his wedding band. It's been during the process of getting my wedding bands that we've had problems. I ordered my bands on Feb. 8th of this year and they're still not done yet! great service, no overselling, tons of selection – Arthurs is wonderful! When my (now) husband and I went in to pick out rings Mark A. was extremely helpful! He gave us time to browse on our own and then when we were ready, sat down with us. I told him that I wanted either an asscher or emerald cut diamond and gave him our budget. Great Experience! – My Husband purchased my engagement ring at Arthurs last year, it was his first experience with a purchase like this, and naturally he was very nervous. Jeremiah walked him through the process, and made him very comfortable. We also purchased our wedding bands at Arthurs, and we are certain that we will not shop anywhere else! Great custom work! – Jeremiah was awesome! We shopped at every store we ran across for my engagement ring big little, mall, stand alone.
