Nice selection but overly expensive and pushy – Good place to start, they have a nice selection. The salepeople were kind of pushy when I told them I was just starting to look. You can definitely save thousands going elsewhere.
Amazing Service – My boyfriend & I stopped by today to look at engagement rings. Arthurs was our first stop in the search, and will end up being the store we choose. Mark helped us for over 2 hours today. We never felt rushed, pressured, or put down for our lack of knowledge on diamonds. We got helped as soon as we walked through the door, and Mark was great with picking out rings. Fabulous customer service, wonderful selection, a perfect 10!! – I will never shop at another jeweler again! The salespersons at Arthurs have been nothing but helpful, curteous and supportive in helping select the perfect ring for my (soon to be) fiance. I walked in knowing a lot about diamonds and settings, but still feel like I have a better understanding of what I will be presenting when I ask her to marry me. All the rings are empty! – I read all of these reviews and decided that Arthur's was the place to go. Wow! What a dissapointment... All I was shown was a bunch of empty rings with no diamonds or rings with cubic zirconias in them.

I wanted to respond to your comments that Arthur's had settings without diamonds. First, we do have over 3,000 rings, most stores only have 100-200 rings to offer. We choose to let the customer have the ability to customize their ring, so you can make the ring you dreamed of at Arthur's. Misinformation – All the salespeople at Arthurs wanted to talk about was how special the Star 129 diamond is. Wanting not to be fooled, I did my research on what they were trying to sell me. I found that the star 129 is nothing more then a novelty being passed off to misguided consumers. Look around elsewhere, there are jewelers that will give honest advice.

The Star 129 is not a novelty. Since 1999 there has been technology available that the top diamond labs in the world can use to measure and quantify the amount of sparkle a diamond has. How a diamond is cut, impacts the sparkle of a diamond the most. Diamond labs use the Gem-Ex Brilliance Scopes to measure a diamonds light performance and sparkle. Great customer service with outstanding selection! – My fiance and I went to Arthur?s for the first time last December. We were greeted immediately upon entering by Jeremiah. He asked us what we were looking for, and then proceeded to spend over an hour with us going through each case. I tried on more rings that I can count. I didn?t really know what I was looking for, and I was open to anything. Very Questionable Ethics – Nice store and OK salespeople, but everytime I talked about the other jewelry stores I had been to, they would say something bad about them. I believe what a business says about its competitors gives you a great indication on how they run theirs. Sorry, if ethics are lacking this much on the surface, just think of what they do behind the scenes.

Expensive and High Pressured – Nice store, but very expensive compared to others I have visited. Salespeople are very pushy as well. My advice, you can do much better.
Thank You! – I was impressed with Arthur?s. After shopping at many stores, I was happy to find that Arthur?s had a lot of diamonds to show me. I went to another store who claimed to be one of the best selections of diamonds, but they only had three 1 karat diamonds that were ags certified to show me. Arthur?s showed me 10 diamonds that were ags certified and in my price range. I found the perfect diamond and ring. I couldn?t be happier and would recommend Arthur?s to anyone.
