Awesome Experience Very Trustworthy – I have been shopping for an engagement ring for 3 months. I have been to over 10 stores. DO NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL – Purchased two custom made wedding bands from Arthur's Jewelers. They do not have a record of setting 3 diamonds into the bands and one diamond cracked and they want to charge me for replacing it cause they do not have record of setting them? What, do you think I drilled three hold through Platinum and set my own diamonds? Will never purchase from again or would I ever recommend anyone else to visit this store.

This client purchased the rings over 6 years ago. He called our store recently, that he had damaged his ring. This client had not been in our store in over 6 years, and had not had his ring checked once every 6 months, which is a standard policy for most jewelry stores with diamond rings. But, we still offered to replace it at cost for the client even though he had never had his ring checked in our store for over 6 years. Diamonds can crack when hit at the right angle with force. This is the place – I shopped for an engagement ring during their designers' trunk show. Even though the store was packed, Mark patiently spent a great deal of time with me, walking me through the entire process. He did a great job of saving me from myself (spending more than necessary), and guided me to a diamond that provided the same visual impact as the one that I thought that I should buy, but saved me a couple thousand dollars. You gotta love a salesman that helps you save money!
Friendly staff and Great service – I decided to take the plunge and finally buy a diamond for my then girlfriend. Simply the best – I ended up taking the great leap again of getting engaged and I knew there was only one place I'd go to for an engagement ring. Wonderful customer service – When I went into Authur's I knew NOTHING about diamonds or rings. Tyler, however was very patient and kind with me as he spent over an hour explaining to me the ins and outs of diamonds. After shopping around, no other store had nearly the selection or courteous customer service that Authur's had. I am very happy with the engagement ring I bought, and so is my fiance!
