Very Happy – I found their service to be incredible. They only were concerned with what I wanted. I found a Tacori ring at Arthur?s for less than the other stores. Their selection is 10 times most of the stores I shopped at and I would suggest them to all my friends.

I wish I had found this store first! – I was I just could have been blessed enough to find Arthur's first. Just as I suffered through inadequate relationships before finding my fiance and finding out how great a relationship can be, I had to really suffer through a sea of insanely forceful and pushy salespeople, diamonds that were mis-represented by salespeople from other stores and staff that only cared about their own commission. Best Custom Design! – I just wanted to thank Arthur?s for making the most beautiful ring for me. They took the time and were very patient. I shopped at many stores, but could not find anyone who would remount the diamonds I inherited from my Grandmother. This ring is very special and Arthur?s is too!
Its what you looking for! – I had purchased my fiance?s engagement ring at another store. The problem was that a year goes by and we can?t find a single wedding band that would match it. Arthur?s solved that problem. They custom made a ring for us and it turned out great. The cost was less then we expected and they even were able to show us a picture of the ring before they actually made it!

I had cubic zirconia stones in my ring. – I just had the engagement ring we purchased from Arthurs appraised and 5 of the little stones tested as fake diamonds. We were in such disbelief that we brought it to a second appraiser who confirmed the initial findings. On top of that, areas of the ring, which is platinum, are turning yellow. This has been the worst purchase I have ever made and has cost me so much stress and money and the problem isn't even fixed.
