I will never go to another Jeweler! – When I saw the inital rating on city search, I wasnt quite convinced--until I walked into Arthur's. It was impressive. The OWNER herself greeted us at the door and she spent the next three hours with us going over every ring and detail possible. Great Selection, but its Mark Aksomitas's Customer Service that earns Arthur's a 10 – Have been to several jewelers, but was blown away by the excellent customer service received at Arthur's, not to mention the great selection. MARK AKSOMITAS was very thorough in his explanation and knowledge of diamonds and settings, very receptive to what I was looking for without trying to push me one way or the other, and very patient when I was making decisions. I believe that he spent about 2-3 hours with me throughout the process.
Top of the line service and selection – My wife and I moved out of state a couple of years ago after falling in love with Arthur's. We returned to town last month for a friends wedding and went back to Arthur's for some holiday ideas. We were recognized immediately and greeted like we had never left. Relaxing and fantastic! Unbeatable Quality!! – Everything about this store was better than anywhere I had been before (six other stores around the Twin Cities in all).
