The BEST! – From the first second we walked into this store, we were Wowed. The store is beautiful, the nicest we visited and the people there are so great. Life Saver! – Arthur's saved my engagement. I had purchased a ring at Jareds, who promised they would have my ring ready for my engagement, but they failed 3 times. Every time I went in to pick up my ring they had something screwed-up! I was running out of time and heard Arthur's commercial on the radio. It's All About the GREAT People. – I can't think of another shopping experience as great as this one. I visited Arthurs 3 times before purchasing my ring there. Each time I was helped by someone different and each time I was even more impressed than the time before (one of the owners even helped me). Very Rude and Overpriced – My experience with Arthur's was very disappointing. Right after I told our salesperson (who was kind at first but very pushy!) that we just wanted to look around, he smirked at us. It didn't bother me that much until IT HAPPENED AGAIN like 5 minutes later when I asked ANOTHER salesperson if a ring could be made to fit my finger. I've never been so insulted in my life. Even more AMAZING than I expected! – Arthurs was amazing, the store was enormous, the selection seemed endless, their diamonds were beautiful (and fabulous values!!) and their staff was simply the best. Very Reputable Store – Several people from work and a friend told me I had to go to Arthur's for my anniversary. I shopped several mall stores and Jareds first, but found that the sales staff really did not know much about diamonds and had a poor diamonds. Great customer service and follow through. – My fiance and I were both looking for wedding bands. We had gone to the mega mall only to find that there waswn't much to choose from. Then we went to Arthur's. They had about 15 cases of wedding bands which selection wise was the most I have ever seen. High Pressure + High Prices = Highly Overrated – After reading the glowing reviews here and also hearing the radio ads, I stopped in Arthurs when I was shopping for an engagement ring. In retrospect, I should of known I was in for a bad experience when the salesperson immeadiately attached himself to me... and he did not leave me any breathing room for the duration of my stay!
