Excellent Customer Service – I live in California and went to a Robbins Bros out here. I was quoted a price for a Simon G ring, but the frugal side of me wanted to scope out the internet just to be sure I wasn't being ripped off. Arthur's jewelry store was the only jewelry store to quote a lower price - plus free shipping! ONLY DEAL WITH GARY – We purchases a diamond and custom setting at Arthur's. We worked with Gary and wouldn't recommend working with anyone else. Gary is a storyteller, so you'll spend a lot of time with him, but he listens to you and does everything in his power to get you exactly what you want. By the time we had spent the money and left, we felt comfortable with everything. Best Selection in Town – Arthur's makes you feel like you are a part of their family. They don't pressure you and will honestly answer any question you have. Wonderful Customer Service – Amazing customer service! 2 years ago, my now husband & I started browsing at engagement rings. Mark spend well over an hour helping me pick out my ring then educating us on the specs of diamonds. 7 months later, when my husband was ready to propose, Mark recognized us as we walked in the door and spend over an hour helping us finalize our diamond choice. Excellent service! Excellent service again! – October 2009. Over the past 6 months or so, I have been to pretty much every jeweler in the metro area in search of an engagement ring. Best Jeweler in the Twin Cities – This place is fantastic. It is a standalone store, so you do not get the tacky mall feeling. The customer service is absolutely fabulous and the selection in almost ridiculous. People from many different incomes will find something here which is perfect for them. Best Jeweler around – I first went to Arthur's after shopping around at other jewelers in the Twin Cities and was so amazed at how knowledgeable Tyler was and how helpful he was. Tyler has worked with me to create a custom engagement ring with a center stone that is very unique while other jeweler's would not. Most trustworthy, sincerely want to help – The first thing I noticed when I started to look for an engagement ring at Arthur's was their honesty. Not only did the store convey this (no dim lights here!) but the tests they perform on each diamond (double certification) and the scale at which they rate each diamond go beyond any other store.
