Wonderful Customer Service – Arthur's has been the 'Go To' place for Jewelry in my fiance's family. Carver is fantastic! In talking with Carver about gifts for my bridesmaids, he had the perfect idea. We came up with custom made pearl necklaces, bracelets and earrings. I loved the idea he came up with. Best Customer Service! – My fiance went to Arthur's Jewelers because he had heard from co-workers about their great customer service. He said that he went there numerous times to look around, compare, etc. without purchasing anything and that the customer service was great each and every time. Best customer you can find. – The customer service is by far the best in the business. Mark was extremely friendly and was willing to explain anything and everything about diamond. Great Customer Service, Educational, No-Pressure – Amazing personal service. The personal service Gary provided was the best I have ever experienced. I never once felt pressured or rushed into purchasing. I was given a hands-on education on diamonds which allowed me to see the difference in cut, clarity, and color. We finally tied the knot in August 2011 so in June I decided to see what we could find for a wedding band to go with the engagement ring. Great personal service – Bill was great. He was very personal and helped us try on almost every ring in the store. This business is trusting and takes care of their customers. I walked in and out of the doors at least 10 times and every time I was treated very well. Great selection of rings and they did a great job of educating me before I bought. Priced well. I will be returning to buy a wedding band for my fiance's ring. Fantastic place to get jewelry.
