Great experience! Gary, our sales person, was very professional and friendly. What I really sets him apart from the other sales person we've spoken to is his approach. I can tell that he's trying to build a relationship instead of just trying to hit sales target. That was one of the reasons why we went back to buy the engagement ring (of course, the diamond that we bought was truly unmatched at the other stores we visited). One of the Finest Jewelers in the Twin Cities! – I have been to many of the jewelery stores through out the twin cities; having been with my wife for 15 years, you like to shake things up. Engagement Ring and Custom Band are amazing – My husband purchased my engagement ring at Arthur's 2 1/2 years ago and it is beautiful. I have consistently received comments regarding its uniqueness, which was important to me in my wedding ring. Arthur's Jewelers- wonderful experience – My fiancé and I went to Arthur's Jewelers to pick out our rings together after getting engaged. I came in not having much idea of what I was looking for. Thanks Arthur's – My wife and I have the best time at Arthur’s Jewelers. Our experiences there were really helpful. Gary helps us with my wife’s engagement ring. There is no pressure at anytime in facts Gary shows us the different option we have to fit our budget and still be able to purchase the ring my wife love. We enjoyed the services at Arthur’s Jewelers and went back a month later to purchase my wife’s wedding band.

Was a fantabulous experience! – After shopping at several different jewelry stores in the Twin Cities and Saint Cloud area, my fiancé and I decided on Arthur’s to make our purchase the moment we walked in the door. Very satisfied – We worked with Mark and made our purchase 1 year ago. He was very professional and never gave us any pressure at any time. He showed us lots of options and we never felt rushed either time we were there. The evening we made our purchase was at closing time and the employees were cleaning and putting everything away. Maybe it's there nightly ritual but they popped a bottle of champagne which was for the employees but since we were there we were also offered a glass! Pretty awesome. GREAT PLACE TO SHOP FOR DIAMONDS! – I have been working with Bill for about three years now and he is always very professional and never pressured me into buying anything. He has never rushed us into any decisions and he has wonderful follow-up and great customer service. They have a wonderful insurance policy through Jewlers Mutual and I would highly recommend this company. Great trade-in policy and warranties.
