Helpful customer service – My husband needed his ring resized. We went into Arthurs and we were quickly and professionally served. The process was explained clearly, options were presented and the beautifully polished ring was ready exactly when it was promised. It looked like we bought a new ring. Showcases of stunning, sparkling delights – Last month, I brought my wedding ring into Arthur’s for a warranty check-up. Upon pick-up, Diamond Expert, Tamara, mentioned I earned a $50 coupon for bringing-in my ring. Wonderful Customer Service – We had looked at a few places around town for engagement rings, but really like the Tacori ring selection, which is carried only by Arthur's. Perfection – After shopping at 3 other jewelry stores we walked into Arthurs Jewelry. Mandy Fallon helped us in choosing the perfect engagement ring. Once I found the band that fit my personality and felt good on my finger she came out with a diamond that was like no other, a cut I had never heard of. I absolutely love my ring! She said yes! – Tyler Nogai was a great help with our diamond & ring purchase. Having been to 6 other jewelery stores, Arthur's clearly has the biggest selection of diamonds around. I already knew which band she wanted, so that was easy - but finding the perfect diamond took some serious work! Tyler walked me through all of the things to look at in a diamond and I feel I got the best value for my money of any of the competitors I looked at.
