We shopped for our wedding bands at Arthur's and the experience was such an excellent display of customer service. We worked with Gary, and he spent a lot of time with us. Helping to find the perfect rings; as neither of us had any idea what we wanted. He also took the time to look at my engagement ring which has been passed down for several generations. I recently visited Arthur's Jewelers for the wedding band fair after meeting Tyler at the wedding fair. I purchased my fiances wedding band from him and it was a great experience! We were welcomed and treated well and with no pressure (not to mention the wine and beer available as we shopped lol). My fiancé and I were shopping for our wedding bands. After looking as several stores I fell in love with a band at Arthur's. Mark was such a great help through the process. He responded to my emails in a very timely manner and never once did I feel pressured from him. We purchased my band last week after visiting three times to try it on and are very excited to have it in a few weeks. Arthur's was one of the many stops my lady friend and I browsed engagement rings at. We worked with April who answered ALL of my questions and gave us that warm and fuzzy feeling you don't get with chain stores. After browsing Arthur's HUGE selection of rings, April helped us find the perfect ring. Going to Arthur's to pick out an engagement ring was a far more enjoyable (and less stressful!) experience than I expected it to be. We worked with Gary who was incredibly informative and helpful, and he made it possible for me to get the perfect ring for my fiancee. The service was great and the ring even showed up a few weeks ahead of schedule. All in all highly recommended!

We have used Arthur's over the years. This time it was to select a a unique anniversary diamond. Tyler assisted us and was very patient in showing us a wide selection of rings and ultimately came to a unique custom designed yellow diamond that will work well with either gold or white gold jewelry. Tyler was patient, confident and helpful in allowing us time to assure ourselves we were making the right choice. After my fiance and I visited 7 different Jewelers, I happened to hear Arthur's ad on the KQ morning show on my way into work one morning. Later that day I stopped in on my own and was greeted by Tom. He was more than great to work with. Honest, sincere, and listened to exactly what it was that i was looking for. I found my fiances engagement ring at Arthur's. I was very pleased with the selection of engagement rings and the time that I was given to make my selection.
