One word: Mandy. My now fiancé and I went into Arthurs a few months ago. Explained that we wanted something less traditional and more unique. She knew what I wanted. She made our experience comfortable and really easy. Mandy and the team were able to resize my ring for me almost immediately! Arthurs gave us so much more confidence and knowledge compared to two other places we browsed. Can't wait to go back for our bands! :)

My husband and I purchased both my wedding ring and an anniversary ring from Arthur's Jewelers. They have given us incredible service over the years resizing my rings, replacing a damaged ring, and cleaning and checking for loose stones. I wouldn't trust my rings to any one else. The store associates are educated, professional and extremely good at their jobs. I highly recommend them!

It was so welcoming to walk into Arthur's with my 90 year old dad who was looking to buy my mom a ring. The gentleman who waited on us was very easy to talk to and understood where my dad was coming from and what my mom was wishing for. He never pressured us, but was able to mildly coax my dad into having a gift to give mom on their 68th wedding anniversary. It was so much appreciated by all!!

Great business...and Gary was phenomenal! Right from the start when looking at rings, Gary offered exceptional service and kept our experience fun as we found THEE perfect ring. I was new to the area and wasn't sure who to use to do the insurance replacement of my wedding ring we lost in a move. I went online and saw an ad for Arthur's jeweler's. I looked further and saw the many things that they guarantee when you purchase through them. A rewarding experience working with Tamara and Carver at Arthur's Jewelers who took the time to not only listen to my request but to produce a diamond that fit within my budget. Today I received that diamond set in my new ring with tears of joy. I believe my relationship with Arthur's is only the start of more pleasurable experiences to come.

My fiance and I recently went to Arthur's to pick out our wedding bands. Gary helped us with everything and he was absolutely awesome! We were laughing and smiling the entire time and it was such a great experience. I would recommend this place to anyone. I'm sure all the sales reps are great but I would highly recommend asking for Gary. We will never go anywhere else.

When my now fiance told me we could start shopping for rings, I insisted on Arthur's because it's the only place my Grandmother has trusted for years. I didn't realize why until we went there ourselves! We worked with Tom, who never made us feel pressured and spent as much time with us as we needed. Me and my fiancé currently just went to get our wedding bands at Arthurs, It was a great experience, We had never done this before and they really helped us find what we were looking for. I didn't feel pressured to buy something more out of the price range then what we were looking for. Because of this we did spend out of the price range, but we didn't feel pressured to. I just hate that they are so far away:( Otherwise it was a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone!
