I visited the store over lunch break one day and the sales person was very friendly and very helpful. She wasn't in a hurry to sell me something. She listened to me intently as to what I was looking for in an engagement ring and immediately found exactly what I was looking for! It was perfect! Our Engagement Ring shopping experience at Arthur's was wonderful. Gary G. was very helpful, took the time to show us loose diamonds to fit into the band we picked out. The follow-up was excellent! I was looking for a unique, eye popping diamond ring to wear as an engagement/wedding ring. The sales person was very helpful and helped me to narrow my choice to 2 rings by using thoughtful, insightful questions into my personal style. My fiancé took me to Arthur's to pick out my engagement ring. It was an event weekend where they paid our sales tax on the diamond. We walked in to music playing, drinks and treats, and smiling faces everywhere! What an experience! Tamara helped us shop in our price range, never tried to upsell, and we walked out of there lifetime Arthurs' customers. When my husband and I decided we should (finally) get married...the only things we knew were what type of ring we wanted and we weren't going to go to a "mall" jewelry store. We just updated our wedding bands for our anniversary this year and we were not disappointed with the quality and trusted workmanship. Purchasing our bands in 1992 from Arthur's, we trusted them then and we still do to this day. We decided to take our existing bands and diamonds and renew/augment them. Arthur's Jewelers offered exceptional customer service. From the moment we walked in the door it was a comfortable environment.
