I have nothing, but great things to say about Arthur's Jewelers. My fiancé and I worked with April and she was very knowledgeable and patient while we shopped for my engagement ring. We looked and shopped for over a year and she was never pushy. She checked in with my fiancé over email throughout the year to make sure he was getting all the right information if and when he decided to purchase. We went in not knowing anything about diamonds, and were given an in-depth overview of the cut, clarity, color, etc. of diamonds. My fiance bought my engagement ring from Aurthur's Jewelers. We worked with Tamara. I was in love with Verragio rings and she went out of her way to make sure that my fiance and I were able to look at the entire scope of ring options in that line in order to find the perfect ring for me. I wanted to combine my wedding ring with my mother's, she passed away last year. As I'm divorced I wanted a ring that didn't look like a wedding or engagement ring but when I look at it it reminds me of my mom. I met with the designer and he went over a design using all the diamonds and it turned out beautiful. I couldn't be happier with it. Cannot recommend Arthur's enough! Justine helped both me and my fiancé pick out the perfect ring and made everything from the looking, to the purchase absolutely seamless. Picking out a ring, especially for the future groom can be a pretty a stressful experience, but from the moment we walked in the door, Justine and everyone at Arthur's made it easy.
We recently bought engagement rings here, the sales staff was nice and the selection was unbeatable. Justine was the sales lady that helped us out with our purchase, she was very helpful and patient because it was a very tough decision. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for fine jewelry and great service!!
