I had an appointment with a sales man, Carver, whom was supposed to meet with me at 1:00p.m. He got extremely overwhelmed by another customer, and assured that he would be able to meet with us. Arthur’s Customer Service and Selection is OUTSTANDING!! I went to several jewelers looking for my engagement ring and was getting frustrated with cookie cutter rings. After looking at engagement rings for a few months, I had the perfect diamond and setting picked out for my soon-to-be fiancée. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Arthur's Jewelers and we could not have had a better experience! Prior to purchasing the ring, my fiancé sent me in to browse by myself. I purchased an engagement ring for my (now) fiancé in April/May of 2013. I worked with a wonderful associate there named Gary. He was kind, friendly and took great personal accountability in helping get a customized engagement ring put together. I was on a tight timeline to get the ring in time to bring to New York to propose and Gary was able to get the ring a week before he originally was supposed to. I stopped in to Arthurs to browse for an engagement ring, already knowing what i wanted however they did not carry exactly what i was looking for. Arthur's Jewelers was a great place to shop! The employees were very helpful, informative, and not pushy like other jewelers can be. We had a great experience and would highly recommend Arthur's to anyone out there! Prices were good and they had a great selection of styles.

My Fiance and I went to Arthur's and had the best customer service. We worked with Bill Andler at the Roseville Location. He was extremely helpful and patient while we were searching for my engagement ring. I will recommend Arthur's to everyone I know that is in search of quality jewelry.
