Arthur's Jewelers is amazing! My fiancee and I worked with April who provided great customer service! She was very attentive to our needs and never pushed us to do something we did not want. Shopped a number of different jewelers for an engagement ring before I went to Arthur's. I was greeted by Catherine Thomas who asked me a number of questions to best determine what to show me. The process was very smooth from setting to diamond. I would highly recommend Arthur's. They are certainly not the least expensive jeweler in town, but with Arthur's, you get what you pay for. The quality is exceptional.
I went to Arthurs Jewelers at the end of September looking for an engagement ring and the experience was easy and painless from start to finish. Julie took the time to walk through different examples of rings, explain the differences in diamond quality and really helped me to find the perfect ring. My fiance and I shopped for my engagement ring at Arthur's and really enjoyed working with Mark. He knew our names and was very tuned in to what style of ring I liked as well as being very kind and easy to talk to. He made the engagement shopping and buying process the least stressful as it could be. I would recommend Arthur's Jewelers to anyone!
My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Arthur's and I COULDNT BE HAPPIER! He said that they helped him through the entire thing - he knew the type of ring he wanted to get but not enough about the little details and Arthur's went above and beyond! I went to Arthur's shopping for a ring, I had the pleasure of working with Tamara. I really didn't know anything about diamonds or rings and she did an excellent job explaining the things to know. I had a great 5 star experience there, first selecting an engagement ring...then selecting a specific diamond to go with that ring!
