We had such a great experience at Arthurs! It was the only place we looked for my fiancé’s ring. The service that we received was exceptional. Tyler took extensive time showing us all the rings my fiancé wanted to see and explained everything to us perfectly! And the jewelry is very beautiful!! It is very clear that their employees are very happy and the business is very family oriented. Would highly recommend this business to anyone!!

I had an unusually excellent experience purchasing my engagement ring at Arthur's. Prior to my visit, I had never heard of the store before, but the store and staff immediately gave me very individualized, helpful assistance when I arrived. I had an amazing experience at Arthur's. After looking at five other places around the twin cities for engagement rings, Arthur's was the one place that I never felt pressured to buy. We had a great experience at Arthur's working with Bill Andler. He was very helpful and it was not a high-pressure sale at all. We shopped a couple of times before my fiancé finally bought the engagement ring and Bill remembered us every time we came in as well as the ring we were interested in. I just brought the ring in for the 6 month inspection and cleaning, and it was completely no hassle and the ring looks great. Arthur's has been great from start to finish and I would recommend them to anyone.

I went to Arthur's on the recommendation of my future father-in-law. The service I received from the moment I walked in was welcoming and understanding of my odd situation. I currently live out of state, but since St. Paul is my hometown, it seemed like the perfect place to buy our rings. Arthur's went out of their way to accommodate us. The ring I picked out was not available in store in the correct size, but they offered to loan us a solitaire setting, with the diamond I picked, out while they ordered the correct size. As usual, we had such a great experience at Arthur's. We had never worked with Tom before, but after I brought my wedding ring in for some prong work, my husband secretly worked with Tom to surprise me with an upgrade to my wedding ring. I went to Arthur's Jewelers to buy my wife's engagement ring back in 2006. I worked with Gary at the time to pick out the ring. I honestly can't say enough good things about the whole experience. Gary was amazing with the help he provided me in choosing the ring I wanted, and never once pressured me to go outside of my budget. We established right away what I was able/willing to spend and he respected that all the way.
