Arthur's Jewelers has a moto. " Expect the unexpected". How true this is. From the first hello to the last goodbye, Bill, our certified diamond expert, never left our side. ( we are talking hours )Bill was never pushy, but listened to us which helped him find the perfect ring for us. My new wife and I got our wedding bands at Arthurs earlier this year during one of their events. They've been extremely helpful and give great customer service. Arthur's Jewelers made my ring buying experience incredibly simple and stress free. Not knowing anything about what to expect when walking through the door, the staff was great at guiding my girlfriend and I through the process of picking out a one of a kind engagement ring. After shopping around at several other jewelry stores my fiance had fallen in love with a Tacori ring at Arthur's. April helped me as soon as I walked in, and was able to find the perfect ring/center stone combo at a GREAT price! My fiance absolutely loves her ring! I would recommend Arthur's to anyone is looking for great service and great prices!

Arthur's Jewelers has the largest variety and most reasonable pricing in the Twin Cities. My fiancee and I have looked and engagement rings at just about all the jewelers in the metro. The service and expertise is top notch and could not be matched. Tamara from Arthur's worked with us to find the perfect ring. We enjoyed being able to look at a large variety of options available at the store. I would recommend Arthur's to anyone who wants to make picking out a ring an enjoyable experience.

Each time (once for the engagement ring, once for the wedding bands) I went into Arthur’s, I went in completely overwhelmed. Each time I came out of Arthur’s I came out with the perfect rings. What I mean when I say this is that the help I received in the process of picking out rings was phenomenal and I don’t think anyone could go wrong Arthur’s, even if they come in as clueless as I was.
