Fantastic Store – I picked Arthur's as the place to buy an engagement ring because I happened to have passed by it several times. I went in not planning to buy that day and ended up with a gorgeous engagement ring for my fiancee. Since then, we have been back for our wedding bands and other jewelry needs. I want to specifically recommend April. She's super friendly and has always been a huge help to us whenever we went in for anything. I'm certain to keep using Arthur's.

Good service but – I have visited Arthur's Jeweler's in Rosevile a few times. Every time I have enjoyed the friendly customer service. Unfortunately, after the last two visits I've become cautious in what I go there for. The first time I went there was to look at wedding bands for my now husband. They were very helpful and we walked away certain we would be back. The 2nd time I visited I went in to have my husband and my rings cleaned for a special occasion (our wedding!). Best Jewler Experiance Ever! – From the momet i walked in the door they treated me like i had been a customer of theirs for years! I was made to feel like family and was given all the time i needed and was never pressured. Gary helped my fiancee go through all of the different styles that she and i liked with the upmost patiance for several hours even. Excellent Experience – I visited several jewlers looking for an engagement ring. I had a few good experiences leading up to stopping in at Arthur's one day. I thought I knew a little about diamonds, yet after spending 2 hours with Gary, he confirmed that I did know a little. I learned a lot during my first visit. Wonderful customer service and beautiful diamonds – For our seventh anniversary, my husband offered to upgrade the beautiful diamond I was wearing and which he had already purchased at Arthur's. Excellent workmanship and design ideas! – For our wedding anniversary, my husband purchased two diamonds (one was a blue diamond) that were to be set in my wedding band. Well, I just picked up my rings and I was astounded with how beautifully set they were. Great Values On Wedding Bands – We shopped many places for our wedding bands. Then we heard a radio ad about Arthur's Wedding Band Fair. Arthur's selection was amazing, I think they had more wedding bands than all of the stores we went to combined. It was very busy and they had food and drinks for everyone ..good vibe. Beware "Lifetime" Guarantee – Based on referrals from several friends, I purchased my wife's engagement ring at Arthur's. I was pleased with the selection and the service when picking out my wife's engagement ring. Largely based on this positive experience, my wife and I returned and purchased our wedding bands from Arthur's. Again, we had a positive sales experience. Great Service – I recently purchased an engagement ring with excellent help from Gary. Gary was very down to earth with me about what I should and should not take into consideration when looking for the right ring to purchase within my budget.
