Great jewelry services! – Arthur's is a great full service jeweler in Roseville. I have purchased several pieces from them and always receive expert advice and follow-up service. They also created several new pieces using stones I inherited. Their advice on how to set the stones resulted in beautiful pieces I will treasure always. Best Customer Service Ever! – This was my second visit to Arthur's Jewelers in Roseville. Both trips were to sell some gold. I discovered them via a Google search and have been MOST satisfied! Fabulous service that ALWAYS stands behind their word! – I have bought many rings and necklaces for my wife at Arthur's and they are always high quality, one-of-a-kind feel pieces that she always LOVES!!! Great Experiences! – I worked with Tom at Arthur's. He was recommended to me by a friend and I would now recommend him to other friends. Tom was very honest with me up front and didn't try to oversell me on a ring for my then soon to be fiance. I told him my budget and he stayed in line with it. My fiance and I have been back since to purchase her wedding band, and we are now going to purchase my wedding band from Tom at Arthur's.

REST ASSURED – We purchased our wedding rings from Arthur's Jewelers because we had met the store's manager, Carver, at the Wedding Fair in March. Carver personally assisted us and was extremely helpful even though we are people of no great amount of wealth. He was patient and helpful as we tried on a variety of styles. BEWARE OF THE BAIT AND SWITCH @ Arthur's Jewelers. I phoned in to determine what they paid for 14k gold (penny weight). They quoted me the rate of 18k, however did not mention what they were quoting me was for 18k. That quote came in higher than any of the other jewelers in town. When I got to the store to cash in my gold, the sales associate gave me the price for 14k even though the quote over the phone was for 18k. Classic example of Bait and Switch! Would not recommend.
Beyond anything you have ever experienced before! – Dealing with Arthur's Jewelers was seriously a dream come true. Speechless Purchase – I had started going to Arthur's as they held the engagement ring event each spring. Since they have such a large selection of rings, It gave me a chance to view all different styles of rings with my girlfirned and get a good feel for her taste.
