I switched to Aptive 2 months ago, their product had failed to do what was advertised. I attempted several times to have them come out and re-service and their product just doesn't do what's promised. Considering I've not gotten what was promised I cancelled today and still being billed for a product that hasn't worked. I will be contacting the BBB. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager I was told several times that they do not accept phone calls
It is impossible to reach their office to reschedule an appointment. You stay on hold forever! The spiders came back two weeks after my initial visit and they advertise they will return for a follow up visit if you have issues. However, since you can’t reach their office, you aren’t able to schedule a follow up apt. I’m trying to cancel my account but of course I can’t reach a live person. Please, please don’t use this company. You will he highly disappointed. L Hall
Going door to door without masks on in the middle of a pandemic, while lying about doing services for neighbors. Unsafe and unprofessional.

We recently had a salesman in our neighborhood offering great pest control service. I decided to give them a try, scheduled an appointment, and had our first treatment done. The day following treatment (Friday) we found quite a few creepy crawlers in the upstairs part of our home so I called to have them come out to spray the upstairs (since they didn't do this on the initial visit). RecommendedHad our first treatment yesterday and loved our tech, Cameron. He was very helpful, courteous, and took time to talk and answer any questions I had. Our sales rep, Alec, was super too. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Looking forward to working with them!
Worst customer service I have experienced. Been trying to get a hold of someone. I have left messages and emails and NO ONE has gotten back to me. I will NEVER recommend this company. VERY poor service!!!!
