Worst pest control company you could ever do business with after several months there was no difference in pest problem in fact I think things even got worse. I spoke with management and given them multiple opportunities to make things right and it failed to do so on every front. I would suggest using another company because after I did I received the results I was looking for in less than two weeks of my initial service. You’d be better off sprinkling Parmesan cheese around your house then hiring this company.
High pressure. Salesman lies. Stick with a local company you can trust.
Iwould not reccomend at all. I liked my service for about 6 months even though our spiders and ants weren't gone they were improving. Then they began scheduling appointments without my knowledge. Then when attempting to reschedule no one would answer the phone. So I would email and they still arbitrarily scheduled on a different day than requested, only to finally agree to a date and have the company not show up. I am done with the run around from this company, so I am cancelling my service.
We’ve had Aptive for a year now and have given them every opportunity. We still have ants and spiders inside as well as on the perimeter of the house. They show up unannounced even though we requested several times to give a phone call or something to let us know they’re coming. We’ve had mice and chipmunks in the house. The cheap glue traps they left didn’t work so we’ve wound up spraying for bugs ourselves and purchasing better traps for the rodents. This company said they would be out to service our home three times and never showed up. They said they came and I wasn’t home. No...I was waiting! My dogs would have barked if someone came. I do not recommend this company at all. Beware.
worse con artists ever ,Was to spray my house upper and lower, for Bees Brandon only sprayed around the ground, they are not who they say they are, DO NOT HIRE THEM..I can't get anyone on the phone, you also have 72 hrs to cancel...
I have used Aptive for a little more than the 1 year contract period. I signed up due to bugs inside the house I wasn't having success with treating on my own.... The initial application was great. They got me quickly onto the schedule. When the sprayer specialist arrived they knocked and asked me about my concern areas. They applied several different sprays including around my shed, garage, doors, crawl space, kitchen (where the bugs of concern were), and kids play fort ... Continue Reading
