This company is terrible!!!! Stay away. It’s a complete scam. The door to door salesman makes a very compelling offer but it’s all lies. They claim to not just treat the home but the surrounding property “all the way to the mailbox”. I’ve never had more bugs in my home. I was scheduled to have a service yesterday and received an email (with all kinds of grammar issues) that due to “unforeseen circumstances” they wouldn’t be able to make it and would notify me at a later date of my rescheduled appointment. Worst company to do business with! They never answer the phone, don’t show up, promise what they don’t deliver AND charge your card without authorization!!! Run from them!
How dare you have a salesperson come to my home during a pandemic without a mask. Even if I’d needed your service I wouldn’t have taken it because the audacity and neglect toward people with pre-existing conditions that are more prone to sickness is sickening. Not to mention solicitation door to door in and of itself is a disrespect to people trying to have a peaceful day off in their homes. Shame on this company for their disregard to human homes and humans privacy in general. Shame on all of you.

RecommendedZach Bucalo helped out my parents tremendously. We just moved and he had great manner and is very knowledgeable. He explained what chemical he was using and why. He is a very pleasant Service Professional. We haven't had an issue with bugs since he sprayed!
Scam. They did a poor job on the first visit, failed to appear for the second visit, so I rescheduled. When they returned they asked my 9 year old if we had an appointment, and when she didn't know, they cancelled that appointment. They lie in their service notes about what they perform, and my neighbor caught them on his video recording system not doing that which they said they were doing. Basically a waste of your time and money. They won't let you cancel. AVOID.
This is definitely the worst company I have ever had service with! All they cared about was the sale they made. After the sale was made, they have not been helpful. Scheduling my appointment wrong, not showing up for appointments. Finally showed up and Erick did a horrible straying my house hold. Do not recommend. They missed a service then were told we would receive our next free. They showed up without notice and did not even brush for any webs. Did not seem like he properly sprayed due to he was literally at our house for less than 10 minutes and then somehow WE WERE CHARGED TWICE?
