Robert F. Everytime someone from Aptive comes by to spray my bushes & flower garden, they spray some but not all that they said they'd do. last week the guy sprayed the perimeter of the house, but not once did he spray a bush of any part of the garden. I've called, left messages, told them what ever their spraying is not working. I continue to have spiders thru out my bushes. one guy said maybe they need to respray and he took pics to show his bosses. that was the end of that. Aptive did nothing, or ever contacted me.
Whatever you do, please do not sign up with Aptive. We used Econex for 3 years and did not see ONE ant or spider in our house (other than daddy long legs). My husband got suckered by the door salesman from APTIVE who promised they’d be even better and we switched. I have since seen 3 brown widows and have thousands of ants inside my house. I called them and they said they will come again and have no showed TWICE.... as I continue to kill ants. Horrible!!!!! Still waiting on refund for cancelation. Did I mention horrible?????
Signed up for a one year service plan. The first quarterly visit they show up randomly and claim their equipment is broken so they can’t spray inside. I tell them to reschedule because I need the inside sprayed. They then walked around outside the house one lap and sprayed hardly anything. They left and I was immediately billed $106 and they have not responded to my request to retreat and finish the visit. Stay away from them - it’s a door to door sales scam!
Place is a complete joke. Plan on wasting most of your day waiting on hold if they ever answer. Had issues with 2 out of 3 treatments. Have cameras all over the outside of my home and tech’s say they are treating areas that they don’t. In contract notes they are supposed to notify us in advance so we can unlock the back gate. Was this done? No and the back is the largest treatment area but tech sure said he was in the backyard. An individual claiming to represent this company just rang my doorbell. He was not wearing a mask. He tried to engage me in a sales pitch, didn't stop talking when I said I wasn't going to talk to him (from safely inside behind a locked screen door), and I actually had to shut the door to make him go away. Let me repeat this: he's selling something door-to-door during a global pandemic and not wearing a mask. Who does that?
terrible customer service and all around bad company. they do not follow through with anything
It's not the service itself that's my problem (well, the office and workers contradict each other) it's the cheap website, inability to set up an account (to "login" as directed) or contact anyone by phone or email. Mega companies like this are as personal as a traffic light. After 10 minutes of muzak a voice sounding like a hostage in a large cellar asks if you want a call back. The cheapness is just incredible. I said yes but am not holding my breath. Customer Service: F-
