Do not recommend, never heard of this company until today but the door to door sales man was the worst! I tell him im not interested and he goes to say “if you get bugs thats why”. Really? Accept the decline and leave, no need to say anything else. Good thing he forgot about the camera by the door cuz i got it all recorded. And im gonna make sure to share it everywhere.

Their employees constantly speed in my neighborhood. Just had one pass us going easily 50mph flooring it. They’re unsafe.

I really like the fast turnaround and dependability of this company. Micah provided great service today when he came to our house and showed us what he was doing explaining to us what he needed to do. he did it quickly knowing that we had people coming over Rolando Q

Its like they planted bug eggs on my property. There have been massive spiders popping up and when I send emails, I don't get any responses! This is my 2nd time of giving them a chance and never again will they be on my property! The last time they sent a technician, they didn't even get out of their vehicle!!!

I saw there info on FB and called and talked to the salesman. I explained what happened with my last service I had and he guaranteed that I would have better service and see the pests go away. I had 3 gentlemen come out and it has been great. they spray inside and out and I also asked for granules to be put out and they put the granules and I have to say it has been great. yes it takes some time to get through but being patient and having a good attitude does help. I havent had any problems!! I love it!

Not a good company to have spray your home. Sales person came and said they would come and do the initial treatment and follow up within 20-40 days after (30 days per the contract). When they came, they did not do the items that were promised. Bugs did not diminish after initial treatment. The technician was good, though. Over 99 days passed since initial treatment, then I got a notice that they were coming the day after labor day. I had to postpone. Montana Smith did an excellent job today. He was very through. He took his time trying to track down where the ants were coming from and treat multiple different areas in the kitchen. He knew what the tiny bugs were in the basement and treated for them. He actually sprayed and treated the whole perimeter of the house, unlike the last guy who said "they only spot treat". Horrible customer service. I've been trying to reach a manager for a week over a billing mistake that APTIVE made, and yet every time I call, they won't let me speak to the manager. Three different people have said they will "email the manager" for me, yet the problem still hasn't been taken care of. This company has MANY issues, but their billing issues are by far the worst.
