Very unprofessional company. They do not provide a high level of service . I canceled my account today because I have a large number of wasps inside my home and they are booked and do not offer emergency same day appointments so I will get a service call sometime tomorrow. This is unacceptable. Do not let this company steal your money! Even after the service I still found the same bugs in my house than before the service. It’s like they just spray water and call it good. Buyer be cautious!
Literally called twice, spoke to managers, to cancel service as they are not able to service me anymore and had not been servicing me for months. I was assured i would no longer be charged. Yet I STILL got charged multiple times after. Got my bank to block y’all from charging me so literally suck my balls. Thanks
When I signed up, I was very explicit about the need to have the service agent avoid the outdoor seating and tables where we sit and eat. I have someone in my household with a compromised immune system. When the tech came and started to spray, I reminded him again. My fiancé was outside and actually shot a video of the tech spraying all over our outdoor sofa. Terrible customer service. My service was scheduled way too early so I called and finally got through after an hour. She moved it by a week but it should have been pushed by over a month. I tried to email and call - no one answered either. Ever. I left a note on my door and they finally rescheduled for November. They then rescheduled it for today. Early. Again. Absolutely terrible service. They do not return or answer calls. They do not show up to appointments. Asked for refunds multiple times. They will not attempt to fulfill promises they made.
My husband called to cancel services in May and the person on their end didn't even out notes in the system to cancel us out. Just to be informed that we are being charge because they said they sent someone out to our home without our consent and trespassed into our backyard. I turning right onto roswell road from swell mill Road. I don’t know why, but a guy in an Aptive uniform driving their van rolled his windows down and yelled some profanity at me. Then drove away like a coward. He was a younger boy, chubby with an Afro like hair style. Definitely wouldn’t want him coming to my home. I wouldn’t want him representing my company.
Hey all, just wanted to share a little "buyer-beware" story. Back in the spring we had a door-to-door salesman going to houses in Bishop Meadows from Aptive Pest Control. I am very sympathetic to outbound sales representatives as I have been doing outbound sales for years.
