They came unannounced today. The guy sat in his truck for 25 minutes. Strolled to the side of the house and walked around front porch. That took 4 minutes. Left a message saying it's too cold to spray?Charged $120 for NOTHING. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY. WORST EVER!!!
RecommendedDevan Service Tech notified us when on way, when arrived, and when completed. His work was neat, efficient, clean, and complete, wonderful attitude and excellent Ambassador for Aptive. . Every quarterly service has been excellent. House has been pest free for years. Highly recommend.
RecommendedThis company is available to call for an appointment 24/7. They are very courteous, professional and proficient! The agent, Deron, went beyond by providing advice and ways to prevent outside rodents.
This company is unprofessional also will try to charge for service that hasn't been performed. This company is supposed to spray the full property and they haven't knocked once for dogs to be put up to spray the backyard or to come in the home as requested. I stayed home and waited for them because we had a suspicion they werent actually coming out. I was in the front yard all morning waiting and they never came. Absolute scam!!! Avoid at all cost.
TECH DID ONE SIDE OF MY HOUSE,AND LEFT. WHEN I CALLED , THEY WERE VERY NICE, CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY, SAME TECH,SAME THING THANK GOD I HAVE CAMERAS TO PROVE IT. TO BE FAIR , EVERY OTHER TIME THEY CAME THEY WERE GREAT . IT MAY JUST BE THIS ONE GUY ,BUT I TOLD THEM I DIDN'T WANT HIM ON MY PROPERTY AGAIN .
We signed up for service right after we moved into our new home after a salesman happened to knock on our door. We signed up for service but didn’t read the fine print and didn’t realize we were signing a contract that you can’t cancel with buying out of it for $200. We canceled our services because the bug problem was not being resolved whatsoever. I am so unbelievably upset with my service. We have been using this company since August of 2021 and the first few services were good. We had them out in May 2022 then had to call them back out due to spiders in the end of July and now it's the end of August and I had to call them back. the technician never gave an eta making it difficult to plan my day. Don't keep appointments. Overcharged us and refused to return money for 30 days. Still waiting for reimbursement.
