Really weird exchange with a sales consultant today that came knocking at my door trying to hard sell me on some sort of insect spraying services. We used this company for a year. We are in Maryland at 8012 Harpers Lane, Pasadena 21122 so you know which group we used. This is my experience. 1. Communication in side company not there so unprepared. 2. No scheduling or when schedule person not informed. 3. NO service over and over. Billed for work they never did. 4. I truly can't even tell you if the product worked due to they could never work out a correct routine that was suppose to be done that I purchased . 5. Contacting management is useless.
