Really weird exchange with a sales consultant today that came knocking at my door trying to hard sell me on some sort of insect spraying services. Horrible customer service and don't tell you their going to bill you for continuing service
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They take advantage of the elderly. Even why you send in writing your cancellation per the contract, they continue to show up and harass you. You can’t cancel over the phone because no one answers. Thank GOD my parents were smart enough not to give a credit card
RecommendedIm disappointed , after i signed up they were able schedule me for saturday for initial tx , after the initial tx and the next scheduling , the lady ( samantha ) said unfortunately i cannot be scheduled for saturday and that will be my last saturday schedule .

Was lied to and told I could skip winter service, showed up today anyway. I called and spoke to “Preston” who was extremely rude. When I asked to speak to someone else he laughed and said “no, I am the boss” Can’t wait for contract to be over!!
