Absolute garbage company. They come to your house and scam you. Then you’re locked into a service plan that cost 300 bucks to get out of. As for their product, trash. It does nothing.
You can’t get out of the program, they do pretty much nothing and charge you an arm and a leg. Worst customer service, total scam.
we have been using Aptive for about a year now. After just the first visit , we have not seen any bugs. I have been happy with all the employees that come do the applications. Normally I am not a person to take out the time to write a review, however the gentleman that came to our home today was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. His name is Michael and he did an excellent job.
All of your people are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They explain what they are doing and highlight any concerns.
