I’m not sure how y’all are training your sales people, but when someone says “no” that means NO. It doesn’t mean “keep trying to convince me” it doesn’t mean keep insisting. And when asked to get off of my property, MULTIPLE times, and DOESNT, that DEFINITELY doesn’t mean keep trying to sell me! RecommendedI'm very pleased with the service I received from the pest professionals at Aptive. Eric Corum and Justin were at our house within hours of scheduling the service, and were both very friendly and personable. They were very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, and they listened to all of my pest concerns. Eric and Justin were very thorough with their inspection and treatment of our home. I feel much safer and more comfortable in my own home thanks to Aptive.

I have been trying to cancel my Aptive subscription for weeks and Aptive keeps evading me. When I finally reach someone on the phone they tell me cancelling it is a process and the department in charge of it is busy so they will call me back. I NEVER get a call back. Meanwhile you send your people to my house to spray and they do it without me being home then I owe you money. Stop extorting people! I don’t have to continue with you. Cancel my account NOW.
What kind of a company sends young men trolling the streets at all hours of the night, banging on doors soliciting?! There are numerous complaints about this company dating back YEARS. Truly scary, pathetic and creepy practice.
