They can be very irresponsible and reckless with your bank information. They schedule a day to come to my house, I will tell them no and reschedule; but the technician will still come to my house on the wrong day and only spray the front yard, 1/3 of the work contracted, then they charge me full price on my debit card - this happened today. If you do use them, keep a very close eye on how they schedule for you and how they charge your card.
They will say someone came out to spray and charge you even when no-one came out. The sales rep will falsify information, then they will charge your bank account multiple times and refuse to refund your money. This happened to us recently. our gate was locked and we were home all day. no-one came to spray and yet they charged our account. They refuse to make it right and refund the money they stole. The sneaky sales kids don’t explain all the terms of the “deals”, stay away!
Beware of this company!! We purchased 1 application and subsequent applications were to be approved via telephone. They did two more applications without approval, charged my credit card and refuse to refund my money. Poor business!!
Doesn’t show up for appointments and then when you reschedule they still don’t show up or answer the phone.
Have had their service for a year now and last time they came out the service guy brushed one cob web from our home and left. Invoice that was emailed said he removed all cob webs and sprayed around home. The company obviously isn't smart enough to know most people have cameras now and can actually watch as they try to rip off their clients! RecommendedEvery person from Aptive that has been to my house has been so friendly and took pride in their role. They played with my dogs and took time to have a conversation with me. Most recently Hakim came to my door. He sprayed inside, in the garage and the outside. I am so impressed with him and his background. Fantastic hires and Hakim, it was a pleasure to get to know you!
This company is a total scam! BERY expensive subscription service and $150 to cancel. DO NOT use them!
these guys are scammers, i paid for only one service and they made me a contract for a whole year! WTF
