good luck trying to get ahold of anyone here. ive called 4 times just to be on hold 10 minutes everytime and then disconnected. ive emailed 3 times with zero responce.... disappointing and unacceptable!!!

they lie when selling the service, then when you call about that they just don't care!!!! not worth your time or money!!!!!

They have excellent salesmen. That’s about it. They rope you into a contract with no guarantee if you aren’t satisfied. We’ve never had more bugs in our house and surrounding yard than we have since we hired them. It’s become part of my daily routine to kill bugs in my house. Never in my 15 years of homeownership have I had to deal with that!

Overall, I was excited about Aptive and what they had to offer. However, after the first application they seemed to not be as efficient. I simply went to call and cancel. I was on hold for 20 minutes. Then told them I want to cancel and transferred me to a different departed, where I waited for another 25 minutes... I had to hang up at that point. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OVERALL. Eco Shield is the next stop.

Horrible customer service. I have been trying to get out of my contract for 6 months. no one answers the phones or responds to emails. Two technicians have been out to service my home twice and I have turned them away and asked them to have someone at the office call me so that I can cancel. No one has called, but they have charged my card for services that were never performed. I have now sent a certified letter to the local and the corporate office. Worst experience ever. No one answers phone, techs have broken equipment, they miss times or can't fit your schedule. They have missed service this month and it's only my second service. No follow up to see how their products work. It's all BS, come see the spiders at my house.

TERRIBLE! I normally don't do reviews but these guys were that awful! Told us they were going to spray yard for fleas and ticks and never did! Customer service was impossible to get a hold of. THEN THE BEST PART! SHOWED UP UNANNOUNCED SCARED MY KIDS TO DEATH! THEN LEFT OUR GATE OPEN SO MY EXPENSIVE HUNTING DOG ESCAPED AND WAS ALMOST HIT BY A CAR! BUT THE REAL REASON FOR GATE IS TO KEEP MY SPECIAL NEEDS CHILD SAFE! NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!

Male, late 30s, bald or shaved head. Tried to gain access to our house while my wife and kids were at home. Was told to leave, but returned again and was met by myself and our large dog. Please call the police if seen.
