These jerks have knocked on my door twice now in a month, always when the baby is sleeping. Leave us alone!
Drivers are reckless. I was driving trying to get on rte 3 east and one of there drivers cut me off on my left almost putting me into the sidewalk. And didn't care about anything but himself and once on rte 3 he proceeded from the slow lane all the way to the fast lane cutting everyone on the highway off. And took off like a bat out of hell trying to avoid me taking a picture of his plate. XHM W17 was his plate and his license should be removed. I hope there services are better than there drivers.
Aptive! We have called you with no answer. Usually you guys come out every quarter and you were suppose to come out in April and July and you never did! The last time you guys were here was January!!! Normally you guys come out and the spiders stay at bay but now the spiders are running rampant and with no answer back from you guys it's frustrating! I am a new customer and continue to have problems. First visit was incomplete, could not contact anyone. Had to drive to the office to complain. Second scheduled visit, they never showed up or called. Totally dissatisfied
RecommendedFerney Lozada did an excellent job. He noticed we had Spectacled Amazons and went out of his way to warn us that they needed to be kept inside for at least 2 days since they were sensitive to the treatment.
I wish I had read the reviews before I signed a contract. The technician was late, only spent about 30 minutes completing our initial service and didn't do everything the salesman said he would do. Spent a LONG time on hold trying cancel my service. Very disappointed.
RecommendedJohn S - Andrew Hahn did a great job. He went out of his way to try to contact me during a service call when I was not home. He then proceeded to locate a problem I had flagged and resolved it for me. Thank you.
The WORST company to work with. We had two no-shows (Our first supposed follow-up appointment) and the loyalty manager was aggressive and unprofessional. They came door to door in our neighborhood (Sneaking through the gates) that explicitly states no soliciting, but I wanted to give them a chance. I'm extremely sorry that I did. I could never recommend this company.
Don't ring a doorbell if the house has a sign that says "NO SOLICITING!"
