The company over charged for service and hasn’t corrected or followed up. They say they only see two payments. This all happened when the technician asked for a check for service after I already gave a voided check at the start of my service. I was sent a bill for service after These other two checks. I figured they lost my check so I payed for it again online. A week later my check cleared and I called customer service and was told they only see a a payment of 49.00 and 109.00. SCAM ARTISTS! I have killed more bugs inside my home in the past month than I did in the first 13 years combined! The dude who was here left a card - with no phone number and a customer service email that is invalid! Currently on hold for over 20 minutes waiting for a person. Stay the heck away!
Can’t get a hold of anyone and I’m still paying
Let's start of by saying the sales representative took my credit card information and ran up over $3000.00 dollars on it. I know it was him because I only use that card for active pest reoccurring charges. He was the only one that had all my credit card information to fraudulent use it. Aptive has become a horrible company to do business with. What is the point of scheduling a appointment if the technician is going to show up whenever they feel like it and no forwarding call? Also, I asked for their free respray service (in between regularly scheduled services) & I was about to be charged as though it was my regular appointment, even though it is not due until Early September! Your salespeople ignore no soliciting signs. Our hoa fb page has constant posts about them being pushy, and not taking no for an answer. You have a bad reputation. I thought you would want to know so you could fix it and not lose potential business.
Worst customer service. Never answer the phone and no response when you leave a message or email.
